Whilst Optimise Talent might be shiny and new, its two co-founders certainly aren’t! We’ve both been operating at a high level in the recruitment and talent world for many years.

So why are we telling you this? Well to put it simply we wouldn’t still be in the industry, let alone setting up our own recruitment business if we didn’t love what we do.

We are beyond excited to be able to take that passion and channel it into creating something special, built on strong values that are incredibly personal to us. As they say Rome wasn’t built in a day, so our mission is to make positive changes, one relationship at a time.
